World Rugby Coaching Level 1 - Uppsala
The course WR Introduction to Coaching (Level 1) aims at providing the tools to coach in a safe, competent, practical and enjoyable manner.
The program includes both classroom and practical activities.
Practical activities include low impact training sessions where participants take turns acting as coaches and players. All participants are encouraged to take part in such sessions although it is possible to pull out from the activity at any time.
Pre-requisite to this course is to complete several online course available on WR Passport Platform:
A WR Coaching 15's Level 1 Certificate will be awarded upon completion of the courseInformation
