World Rugby Coaching Level 1 + Activate - Enköping

World Rugby Introduction to Coaching (Level 1) aims at providing tools to coach in a safe, competent, practical and enjoyable manner.

The program includes both indoor and outdoor activities:

Practical Coaching 1

Coaching Styles
Practical Coaching 2

Practical activities include low impact training sessions where participants take turns acting as coaches and players. All participants are encouraged to take part in such sessions, both as players and as coaches, although it is possible to pull out from the activity as player at any time.
