World Rugby Level 1 Match officials course

Basic entry level training to learn how to referee the game of rugby. This course is mainly practical with some theory as well. All modules will be delivered in the form of a mix of evening online theory sessions using Zoom and physical practice at refereeing and group work (on the pitch and in the classroom).
Grundläggande utbildning för att lära sig att döma rugby. Kursen är huvudsakligen praktisk med viss online teori.
Alla delar kommer att genomföras i form av praktiska övningar som domare och i grupparbete (online, på ju planen och i klassrummet).

Things to bring/Saker att ta med:
- Training kit (suitable for the weather)
- Rugby Boots suitable for grass or Astroturf
Your own whistle/Egen visselpipa
- Red and Yellow Cards if you have them
- Writing materials
- Lots of energy
- Egen vattenflaska/Your own waterbottle
- Food if there is no local lunch restaurant available.
